Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic technology location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious activity to help support authorized entry and orderly operations at the site.
• Complete routine reports and pass-down communications regarding patrol findings, incidents, and/or notable site conditions in accordance with Allied Universal and client guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
