Join a leading international logistics and transportation company specializing in secure, high-value asset transportation solutions across the region. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Security Manager to lead security operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence within our Thailand branch.

This role is ideal for a strong leader with expertise in security operations, risk management, and logistics who can effectively manage teams, safeguard assets, and maintain the highest standards of security and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Security

• Develop, implement, and enforce security procedures for the secure collection, transportation, and delivery of high-value assets
• Ensure all operations comply with internal policies and local regulations
• Monitor daily security activities to maintain operational efficiency and safety standards

Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise security and operational teams
• Manage workforce scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing development
• Conduct training programs to strengthen operational readiness and security awareness

Risk Management & Compliance

• Perform risk assessments and develop contingency and emergency response plans
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company security requirements
• Maintain strong coordination with relevant authorities and external agencies when required

Asset Protection & Incident Management

• Oversee armored vehicle inspections, security systems, surveillance technologies, and related assets
• Investigate incidents, security breaches, or operational disruptions and implement corrective actions
• Prepare detailed incident and operational reports for management review

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations
• Deliver high standards of customer service and operational reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role within security operations, logistics, transportation, or cash-in-transit services
• Strong knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems, access control, and fleet security management
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage teams effectively
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant security or management certifications will be an advantage
• Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written)
