Holiday Inn Express Pokhara is a modern, internationally branded hotel located near Lakeside Road, close to Pokhara’s key tourist and commercial areas. The hotel offers 90 comfortable guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, bar & lounge, lobby lounge, a 213 sqm meeting and events space, and a fitness centre.

We’re looking for a Security Manager who is responsible for leading the hotel’s safety and security operations, ensuring the protection of guests, employees, and property. This role supervises multiple shifts and a large team, including Security Guards, Employee Transportation personnel, and Departmental Supervisors. The Security Manager establishes standards, procedures, and training programs to maintain a safe and secure environment in alignment with regulatory requirements, owners’ policies, and company standards.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:● Lead day-to-day security operations, supervise staff, set goals, and provide coaching and training● Ensure safety of guests, team members, and hotel assets, enforcing policies, procedures, and compliance with local laws● Plan and conduct patrols, fire drills, first-aid, and emergency preparedness; manage incident reporting and key control● Liaise with authorities, guests, and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and high service standards● Assist with departmental budgeting, monitor expenses, and oversee security projects and renovations.● Promote a culture of safety, security awareness, and staff development.
What We need from you:●Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.● Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in security management, preferably in hotels or resorts.● Strong leadership, team management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.● Proficient in safety, security, first-aid, and emergency procedures.● Ability to manage multiple shifts, supervise large teams, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
