<p>We are looking for: <strong>Security Manager</strong></p>

<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, improving, and managing security<br>strategies and standards. The primary objective is to ensure greater risk control and operational<br>consistency, establishing a safe and secure environment through prevention, detection, and<br>response strategy to deter or reduce criminal attacks/losses against the company&amp;#39;s physical assets,<br>staff, and customers. This role also conducts and manages investigations relating to losses,<br>robberies, and fraudulent activity.<br>Your major responsibilities would be:<br>1. Security Strategy, Implementation, and Mandatory Security Principles (MSPs) Compliance<br>● Lead and drive the security activities of the Company, ensuring they are executed in<br>accordance with G4S Mandatory Security Principles (MSPs), enabling business plan<br>objectives to be achieved.<br>● Follow-up on outstanding security measures in order to comply with the MSP audits.<br>● Review, develop, and implement security strategies in line with the company business plan.<br>2. Security Audits and Physical Asset Management<br>● Conduct and manage scheduled and unscheduled security reviews to ensure compliance with<br>corporate policies and procedures.<br>● Proactively conduct thorough security reviews and threat risk assessments, ensuring sound<br>security practices and measures are applied.<br>● Oversee all aspects of security, including, but not limited to, alarms, access control, CCTV,<br>police liaison, perimeter control, fraud, and internal involvement.<br>● Conduct surprise and regular audits on cash in vaults.<br>3. Investigation and Loss Management<br>● Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in managing critical daily security responsibilities,<br>including fraud investigation, collections/recovery, robbery response, and employee theft<br>investigation, in accordance with the G4S Mandatory Security Principles.<br>● Manage the confidential handling of employee theft or embezzlement situations to ensure<br>appropriate disciplinary and/or legal action<br>4. Leadership, Training, and Administration<br>● Provide assistance and guidance to Security Compliance Auditors, Branch Managers, and<br>Branch Security officers regarding upgrading of security and compliance to procedure.<br>● Lead the process for the identification and transfer of best security practice within the<br>Company.<br>● Allocate resources appropriately to meet operational demands.<br>● Ensure teams are fully vetted, trained, developed, and supported.</p>

<p>Your profile:<br>● University degree in Security Management, Business, or related field required<br>● A minimum of 5 years relevant Security Management experience. 10+ years of related<br>experience in cash service companies, bank operations, audit, investigation, law enforcement<br>or related field<br>● Demonstrated experience with regard to implementation measures to mitigate risk and<br>associated audits<br>● Knowledge of Criminal/civil law and Security Management. Strong administrative background,<br>with specific reference to investigations and associated paperwork<br>● Ability to handle conflict and make decisions under difficult circumstances<br>● Willingness to travel within the Country as required<br>● Fluency in English (both verbal and written)<br>● Computer skills (advanced Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint)<br>● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills</p>
