This position will manage Analog Devices Incorporated (ADI) security program in India to ensure employees, assets, and information is protected. The successful candidate will define, develop, and drive the local security program and security systems, manage outsourced guarding, implement and lead the workplace violence and prevention team, develop crisis plans and train local crisis management team, maintain security systems, support trade security program, and serve as the security expert in India. This position will report directly to ADI’s Sr. Director of Global Corporate Security and based at ADI’s Bangalore, India facility.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the health of security equipment ensuring access control, badging system, lobby visitor sign-in system, closed circuit cameras, and alarms are operational.

  • Manage outsourced security vendors, with primary focus on contract security guard management at India facilities, ensuring efficiency and performance.

  • Implement and train personnel to the workplace violence prevention program.

  • Assess site level threats, vulnerabilities, and risks, perform critical gap analysis, and implement a balanced business approach to mitigate risk.

  • Support Security Senior Manager on trade security programs impacting ADI operations in India.

  • Develop, implement, train, and maintain crisis management plans for Ireland locations.

  • Assist Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) organization with ADI emergency response program.

  • Develop, track and measure key performance metrics against local security program.

  • Perform adequate due diligence on security incidents and determine if an investigation should be performed.

  • Work collaboratively with other ADI security managers ensuring security policies, standards and best practices are maintained.

  • Perform security audits to ensure the site is compliant with security standards

  • Prepare budgets and capital expense for site security operations.

  • Distribute and coordinate satisfaction surveys to determine how well security services are meeting objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar preferred.​

  • Experience working with C-Cure 9000, IP based CCTV systems (Genetec), and troubleshooting skills.

  • Leadership and sound judgment. Must be a leader in emergency situations.

  • Must have 100% credibility and objectivity across all parts of the business.

  • Ability to identify risk and define mitigation measures. Proactive mindset

  • Hands on, creative and enthusiastic management style preferred.

  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with staff and business leaders.

  • Ability to collaborate with business functions within ADI (IT, HR, Production, Facilities, Safety).

  • Previous experience managing vendor relationships.

  • Basic understanding of building and fire codes.

  • Familiarity with ISO 9000 and 14000.

  • 3-5 years in a similar role within a major corporation.

  • Experience in some form of law enforcement or military.

  • Service-oriented/customer-driven approach with excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

  • Trade security program knowledge such as Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) preferred.
