Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Security Manager to oversee and manage all security operations on a construction site. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing site security personnel and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed to protect people, equipment, and property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all site security personnel and schedules

• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures specific to construction environments

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the site is secure and compliant with regulations

• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports

• Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when necessary

• Monitor and manage access control systems and surveillance equipment

• Provide training and guidance to security staff

• Handle crisis management and emergency response planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in site security management, preferably on construction sites

• Strong leadership and personnel management skills

• Excellent knowledge of security protocols, systems, and emergency response

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
