We are seeking a highly experienced Security Manager to oversee and manage all security operations on a construction site. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing site security personnel and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed to protect people, equipment, and property.
Manage and supervise all site security personnel and schedules
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures specific to construction environments
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the site is secure and compliant with regulations
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when necessary
Monitor and manage access control systems and surveillance equipment
Provide training and guidance to security staff
Handle crisis management and emergency response planning
Minimum 5 years of experience in site security management, preferably on construction sites
Strong leadership and personnel management skills
Excellent knowledge of security protocols, systems, and emergency response
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Strong communication and reporting skills
Flexible and adaptable to site requirements
