As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to adapt security measures dynamically, addressing emerging threats and evolving client needs. The position demands a proactive approach to managing security frameworks, coordinating resources, and sustaining a secure operational posture across diverse environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve security service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align security strategies with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong knowledge of access control models, authentication protocols, and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to identity and access management.
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions that support organizational security policies.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies used for identity governance, privileged access management, and single sign-on.
- Capability to analyze security incidents related to identity and access and recommend corrective actions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
