The Shift Supervisors role includes but is not limited to monitoring Security Guard performance, ensuring the Security Force perform their assigned duties in accordance with established policies, procedures, and/or regulatory requirements; they are responsible for correcting/reporting any/all deficiencies to the Site Lead. Additionally, the Shift Supervisor will inspect employees to ensure they are fit for duty and are in compliance with all established dress and appearance standards, and have in their possession all required, equipment, and credentials. Applicants selected will be subject to a background/security investigation and must be drug free and remain drug free during period of employment.
This position reports directly to the Site Lead.
