Ready to suit up as a Security Guard

What matters most in this role is your ability to ensure safety, manage traffic flow, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced airport environment. As a Security Guard in the parking area, you will play a key role in maintaining order, supporting operations, and assisting passengers.

• Hourly wage of $20.47/hr
• Training Rate $16.00, 8 hrs.
• 12-hour shifts available:
  • Day Shift: 0700–1900
  • Night Shift: 1900–0700

Responsibilities for Security Guard

• Ensure passenger traffic can safely exit parking lots
• Manage and direct traffic queues to open exit lanes efficiently
• Assist passengers with ticket and payment issues using a customer service approach
• Notify SOC of any lost or missing tickets for investigation
• Report any issues with the parking system
• Monitor parking areas and report safety or operational concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Security Guard

• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous experience with a POS system is considered an asset
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and handle high-traffic situations
