Security USA, Inc, is a growing security company in the U.S. Our security personnel works days and nights in residential properties, commercial locations, non-profit organizations, government agencies and upscale retail in NJ and NY. Security USA employs the best candidates in the field that make the difference for our clients. We currently have immediate openings for residential locations in New York City.

Responsibilities

Starting pay - $16.50 - $18.50

As a leading security officer in a residential building, your role will be to ensure the safety and satisfaction of the community by performing a range of essential tasks.

These include but are not limited to :

• Warmly greeting both incoming and outgoing tenants,
• Diligently monitoring the building and its surroundings through CCTV
• Ensuring that all guests and vendors adhere to the proper access control guidelines.
• Your duties will also involve securing the premises and offering security assistance whenever required
• Additionally, you will be responsible for providing incident reports and other necessary documentation to both building management and Security USA.
• Lastly, you will be expected to conduct regular patrols of the community shared areas within the building

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, the following will be required

• Valid NY State Security Guard License
• 2 years experience is prefered but not required
• Be physically capable of climbing stairs and patrolling
• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be Authorized to work in the US.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports effectively, are essential.
• Positive and Customer-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency will also be required.
• Prior Military or Law Enforcement experience is a bonus

Priority will be granted to applicnts who possess flexible schedules and are available to work various times

Payrate: $16.50 - $18.50/hr
