Ready to suit up as a Concierge Security Guard

What matters most in a role like this is your ability to engage with people easily and make them feel confident in your ability to help them.

As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Schedule: Saturday to Sunday 00:00-12:00

Location: L8L 8K5

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard

• Welcome visitors, verify identification, and provide customer service and directions.
• Manage access control for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular foot patrols and identify security or safety risks.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and medical situations.
• Provide First Aid/CPR and coordinate with emergency services when required.
• Assist with evacuations, fire drills, and emergency procedures.
• Perform computer and administrative tasks.
• Answer questions and assist visitors by phone or in person.
• Prepare accurate incident and daily activity reports.
• Communicate security concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain key control and secure restricted areas.
• Ensure compliance with company security, health, and safety procedures.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
