What You Will Do

• Patrol the hotel to ensure the safety of guests, associates, and property around the clock.
• Enforce hotel policies with a courteous but firm approach—professionalism is key.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and security requests, staying calm under pressure.
• Monitor entrances, package deliveries, and personnel access to keep things secure.
• Write clear, detailed reports of your activities each shift to keep the team informed.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of loss prevention or security experience – You know how to spot and handle risks effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent – Solid communication and observation skills matter.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and TIPS certifications – Preparedness saves lives and ensures compliance.
• Physical mobility and strength – You’re ready to assist in emergencies when needed.
• Professional and approachable demeanor – Guests and associates feel safe and respected with you around.
