Job Identification

We are seeking a responsible and disciplined Security Guard to ensure the safety and protection of our company’s property, employees, and visitors.

What We Expect

• Ensure the security of company premises, property, and employees during the shift.
• Monitor alarms and security systems; report incidents to the Senior Security Guard or relevant authorities.
• Control access for employees, visitors, and vehicles entering or leaving the territory.
• Conduct patrols according to established routes and schedules; check doors, gates, fences, lighting, and other site elements.Inspect seals, locks, and equipment during shift handover; maintain shift logs.
• Record incidents, violations, and damages; prepare reports and escalate as required.
• Prevent unauthorized removal of materials, internal procedure violations, and safety breaches.
• Assist visitors and report any threatening calls or suspicious activity.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear the required uniform.
• Follow safety standards, emergency procedures, internal labor regulations, and ethical rules.
• Use company property responsibly and ensure environmental safety.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Secondary specialized professional education.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in security service.
• Completion of mandatory military service, contract service, or reserve service is required.

Skills & Competencies

• Physical fitness (running, strength exercises).
• Knowledge of emergency response principles and crisis reaction.
• Ability to make quick decisions in critical situations.
• Skills in self-defense and hand‑to‑hand combat (without weapons)
• Knowledge of business communication rules.
• Accuracy, discipline, responsibility, and integrity.

Languages

• Uzbek and Russian — required.
• English and Turkish — an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
