Monroe Village is seeking a highly skilled Security Guard to join our team!

*$1,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Role!*

Monroe Village is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Monroe Twp, NJ. We are looking for a Full-Time and Part-Time Security Guard to join our team. Our Security Guards are responsible for the overall safety and security of the facilities and community.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to resident calls and requests.
• Respond to calls regarding the facility and determine an appropriate course of action.
• Respond to the fire alarm system, read panel, and take appropriate action.
• Respond to the emergency call system and administer first aid. Meet ambulance and escort paramedics into the building. Secure apartments of residents taken to hospital.
• Make rounds and check empty apartments.
• Become familiar with all circuit breaker locations.
• Know how to shut down the sprinkler system and drain it.
• Outside patrol – making rounds during inclement weather for safety issues.

Education and Experience:

• High school Diploma or equivalent required
• NJ Driver's License required
• Experience in security preferred

Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.32 / hour

Schedule: Every Wednesday & Thursday, 4PM-10PM, and Every Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, 2PM-10PM
