Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in IT

Experience:

  • Proven experience in software and integration development, databases, operating systems, and network security controls
  • Engineering (includes Cloud and Resilience)
  • Strong IT understanding, gaining insight into digital and platform operating models and information security trends and solutions
  • Experience in risk management and identifying mitigating strategies and plans 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the information security implementation roadmap, taking direction from senior management in prioritising and sequencing the deployment and roll out of the identified information security capabilities aligned to global trends, best practice, and overall information security capabilities, across the Group.
  • Implement the relevant Information Security technology standards, framework, governance, and controls across all geographies.
  • Provide technical support during business hours and outside business hours on a on standby On-Call basis and contribute toward the resolution of impactful incidents involving multiple enterprise services and components.
  • Respond to and fulfill customer requests as defined by management, completing assignments in a timely manner with an acceptable level of quality.
  • Provide support to users of Infoblox DDI Services including IPAM reservations, domain registrations, DHCP scope configurations, DNS record maintenance, and other related duties.
  • Work with vendors and internal support teams to update, maintain, and patch all DDI systems infrastructure.
  • Ensure that Infoblox DDI (Cloud and On-premise) infrastructure is maintained and follows industry best practices.
  • Support various DDI projects that include but are not limited to systems consolidation, process improvement, data integration, security management, and vulnerability management.
  • Design, implement and operate proactive monitoring and maintenance support activities to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of services and underlying platforms to minimise information security incidents in accordance with the banks risk appetite.
  • Provide enterprise DNS/DHCP and IPAM architecture, management, and support capabilities.
  • Must be able to adhere to strict change control policies.
  • Perform other related duties as required
