Job Description

Security, EHS and SOC

• Implementation of physical security procedures, access control, and visitor management.
• 24x7 manned security operations, CCTV monitoring, and incident logging.
• Monitoring and management of contractors, vendors, suppliers.
• Development and enforcement of EHS compliance programs, risk assessments, and emergency response procedures.
• Conducting safety audits, toolbox talks, and training for site personnel and vendors.
• Regular patrols and site inspections to identify and report security vulnerabilities, safety hazards, or operational anomalies within the Data Center and surrounding perimeter.
• Support in security system health checks (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Intercom, Key Cabinets, etc.) and coordination with vendors for maintenance or troubleshooting.
• Travel between Data Centers (40–50 km apart) as required for operational support.
• Participation in incident investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective action tracking to prevent recurrence.
• Collaboration with Operations, Facility, and EHS teams to ensure alignment with internal security standards and data center provider guidelines.
• Ability to prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports covering patrol findings, incident summaries, and closure of security/EHS action items.
• Site escort duties as required.
