Location: Stoney Creek

Schedule: Wednesday to Friday 1600-0000 (24 hours - Flexibility in picking up additional shifts an asset)

Pay Rate: $18.50-19.50/hr

Responsibilities for Security Dispatch and Scheduler

• Oversee communications in selected geographic areas

• Confer with customers or employees via telephone and email programs

• Receive or prepare work instructions and establish priorities

• Record and maintain data and dispatch information

• Notify staff of road or traffic problems

• Organize the allocation of resources in an efficient manner

• Work independantly to ensure after-hours support

Qualifications for Security Dispatch and Scheduler

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Have a high level communication skills, both written and verbal - Comfortable with telephone communications

• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams experience

• Be available to work a flexible schedule

• Be eligible to work in Canada

• Be highly organized and be able to prioritize multiple tasks
