Job Description

General Description:

Ensure the operational reliability, integrity, and effectiveness of the plant’s electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, biometric devices, and security management platforms), safeguarding facilities, personnel, assets, and information through technical expertise, analytical capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilities:

  • Manage, monitor, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance of electronic security systems: CCTV (IP and analog), access control, and biometric devices.
  • Configure and provide basic support for the network infrastructure associated with security systems (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
  • Operate and manage physical security software platforms (VMS, PSIM, etc.).
  • Conduct incident analysis and generate reports that include security system performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with IT, maintenance, and physical security teams to resolve incidents effectively.
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to ensure the continuous operation of security equipment.
  • Document incidents and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards applicable to the medical industry.
  • Propose technological and operational improvements for security systems.
  • Support the control of entry and exit for suppliers and contractors, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles at facility access points.
  • Conduct mandatory inspections as required by C-TPAT and OEA certifications.

Experience:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in electronic security or technical support roles within industrial or manufacturing environments.
