About the Job

We are looking for a Security Compliance Officer who will conduct audits across the site and programs to ensure physical security controls are in place, client contractual requirements are adhered to and asset management processes and policies are strictly enforced.

As Security Compliance Officer, You Will…

• Perform regular compliance audits across the site and all programs in accordance with client contractual, regulatory requirements and IntouchCX physical security policies, standards and processes including asset management
• Prepare compliance reports and ensures that high to critical call outs are raised to Security, Campus and Operations leadership in a timely manner
• Participate in read out meetings with the leadership team and discuss findings
• Maintain a tracker of all findings noted and monitor until action items are closed

As Security Compliance Officer, You Have…

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• At least 1+ year experience in Security
• Able to travel to all campuses within the Philippines and work onsite 5 days/week
• Strong knowledge of security principles and practices
• Availability for work after normal work hours is required – on-call availability
• Must have effective analytical and auditing abilities
• Must demonstrate a keen understanding of security as a business enabler
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
