At Levi Strauss & Co.™ you will support proactive and strategic development, management of programs, policies, and projects. These efforts will focus on business resilience, enterprise risk, and health and safety, physical security, and investigations. The goal is to ensure GS&R delivers data-informed, scalable, and measurable programs.
About the Job
Help develop GS&R risk assurance program, including primary responsibility for drafting, and updating policies with content experts on the team.
Help with ongoing GS&R risk assurance activities, including tracking control implementation, follow‑ups, and documented gaps.
Support content and maintain metrics for our Business Resilience, Physical Security, Retail Asset Protection, Investigations programs, including retail, office, and supply chain risk assurance.
Maintain and analyze GS&R performance metrics across our Centers of Excellence. Provide insights and advise teams on current best practices and gaps
Help gather and organize store‑level and regional data used for physical security, safety, and retail asset protection reporting and reviews
Help compile and review incident and investigation data and preparing summaries and materials in a case management system
Maintain department knowledge management sites (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams, ServiceNow) with content owners, including tools and templates.
Support GS&R vendor management, including the vendor onboarding process. Additionally, administer technology platforms, such as enterprise physical access control, enterprise video management systems, emergency mass communication platform, and travel risk management tool, which are part of physical security and crisis management.
Support delivery of GS&R-led training and exercises (e.g., retail safety training, crisis exercises, and business continuity plan testing)
Support major global or group security and resilience projects.
Support GS&R leadership team with project management to ensure departmental goals are met.
Support GS&R leadership team by collecting and analysing data, preparing scorecards and presentations for senior and board-level reporting of risks and controls.
About You
5+ years of overall experience with 3+ years of relevant experience supporting global programs
Fluency in English
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree
Project management experience required; project manager certification is good to have
Experience drafting and communicating procedures
Data analytics skills; Ability to translate complex risk, security, and fraud topics into clear executive‑level insights and visuals
Proficiency building and maintaining software applications
Knowledge of applying AI/Generative AI in the physical security and resilience space
Global mindset
Be self-proficient and work independently
This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Polanco Office in Mexico City. We expect you in office 3 days per week, typically Monday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on needs.
