Job Description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth in the SMB segment through a partner-led sales model This is a customer-facing, field-oriented role that combines business development with solution positioning. The specialist will manage channel relationships, engage directly with SMB customers, and work with presales and technical teams to convert opportunities into closed deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and achieve assigned revenue and booking targets
  • Drive pipeline through partners, MSPs, and OEM alliances
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle lead generation → opportunity qualification → solution positioning → closure.
  • Engage directly with SMB customers, understanding business and security needs, and positioning appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
  • Collaborate with Presales, Architects, and Delivery teams for solution support and deal conversion.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and customers
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging cybersecurity threats

Must-Have Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 8–15 years in IT / Cybersecurity sales, preferably SMB-focused.
  • Proven experience in partner / channel ecosystem management
  • Track record of engaging customers directly, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals

Technical & Solution Knowledge (Supporting Skill)

  • Familiarity with SOC, EDR/XDR, Email Security
  • Exposure to DLP, IAM, Cloud Security, SASE is desirable.
  • Ability to explain solution capabilities and business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Field-ready comfortable meeting customers on-site.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with Presales, Partners, and internal teams
  • Strategic thinking with ability to identify opportunities and drive pipeline conversion
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
