At HEINEKEN, cybersecurity helps the business operate and grow with confidence. Within our Cyber Assurance Tribe, we set clear standards, assess risk, and partner with teams to embed security by design across our digital landscape. We are looking for a Senior Security Specialist to join our Cybersecurity Policy Setting team—a global group that shapes HEINEKEN’s security governance framework and leads business impact, security risk, and privacy assessments across Global Functions and digital products.


You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working at the intersection of technology, risk, regulation and business decision-making, translating requirements into practical controls that teams can implement.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • designing, planning and coordinating training programs for our employees across the globe to enhance cybersecure behaviours on different levels in the organisation
  • being responsible for running the current services and training offering as well as driving the development of the existing offerings across the whole organisation
  • organising events, facilitating workshops, creating communications and training materials
  • developing and improving internal strategies of the Security by Culture Products
  • supporting the coordination, task tracking & problem management of the different products in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in behavioral change/leadership development programmes

  • demonstrated experience with project management, creating content and facilitating workshops

  • knowledge of cyber security concepts and interest in digital developments

  • ability to connect with all types of employees and stakeholders to understand their needs

  • excellent communication and stakeholder skills

  • excellent verbal and writing skills

  • strong organisational and planning skills.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

  • professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISSMP or equivalent
  • SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) certification
  • formal training or certification in agile delivery, Kanban or product-oriented ways of working.
