We will further develop our global security culture If you are passionate about Security Awareness and bring experience in business psychology, communication, or marketing, you’re ready for your first step into a job at ALDI Süd.

As a colleague in our Security Awareness Team, you will help shape the security culture for more than 200,000 employees across the ALDI Süd Group and bring new communication impulses to our team. The Security Awareness team is part of the Global Security Resilience & Culture team and belongs to the CISO Office, which operates as a staff function for management.

My responsibilities:

• Drive the company-wide security culture
• Further develop the global Security Awareness program
• Plan, roll out, and report on Security Awareness campaigns aimed at changing security-relevant behaviour
• Create new and optimize existing communication strategies
• Increase security awareness through target-group-appropriate communication
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to establish a consistent security culture
• Deliver Security Awareness trainings using suitable methods and formats

The knowledge I own:

• Bachelor’s degree in business psychology, communication, marketing, or comparable qualification
• Ability to communicate with confidence across all hierarchical levels
• Interest in IT security topics and the ability to explain technical content clearly
• Humour and openness to taking new approaches
• Very good English skills (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Experience in information security, Security Awareness, IT security, and/or change management
• Creativity and experience in marketing or internal corporate communication
• German skills (written and spoken)
