My responsibilities:

• Drive the automation of our IT landscape and IT processes
• Hands-on development of automations and scripts, as well as service request automation, to deliver faster IT processes and improve reliability with fewer errors
• Enable and influence our IT expert teams to support self-service and scalable execution
• Continuously monitor new technologies to identify innovative solutions

The knowledge I own:

• Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Azure (various services)
• Collaboration and ticketing/tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
• Process and architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX)
• Iterative way of working with strong result and customer orientation
• Confident communication and persuasive skills, along with a passion for discussions and collaboration
• Ability to look beyond day-to-day tasks and identify requirements across multiple projects
• Broad knowledge around IT infrastructure, ideally built through long-term IT administration experience
• Experience with one or more of the following areas: infrastructure, platform and software services (cloud services), databases, web services, PowerShell, infrastructure-as-code tooling, configuration management, Python, continuous integration/continuous delivery, development practices, cloud-native approaches, and enterprise application landscapes
