Help Keep Our Stores Safe and Welcoming
As a Crossroads Security Floor Associate, you’ll help provide a safe working environment for our teams and a positive shopping experience for our customers. Crossroads locations are fast-paced lively second-hand clothing retail stores where customers buy and sell their gently used fashion.
What you’ll do: You will balance keeping Crossroads secure and safe while also acting as a welcoming presence and guide to our guests as they come in the front door. Exceptional customer service and good judgment are a must. Some experience in loss prevention and de-escalation techniques is preferred.

You will:

• Provide a physical, yet friendly, presence You will offer security support at all times while providing genuine hospitality and warmth.
• Welcome customers You will welcome, direct, and educate customers.
• Anticipate + Respond. You will work to de-escalate any disruptive incidents in collaboration with your leadership team.
• Be a team-player. You will communicate well with all staff to deliver the best customer experience possible.
• Assist on the floor. You may be tasked with keeping the sales floor clean and tidy during downtime, or with putting clothes out on the sales floor.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior experience in security (1 year+)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
