We are looking for a Security Associate in Urgench
Supervise security staff during assigned shift
Control access of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials
Conduct patrols of company territory (day/night)
Monitor CCTV, security and fire alarm systems
Respond to emergencies and security incidents
Maintain shift logs, patrol reports, and incident records
Enforce internal security, safety, and fire protection rules
Education: Secondary specialized/vocational
Experience: Minimum 6 months in corporate/industrial security
Mandatory: Completed military service (Uzbekistan)
Skills & Knowledge
Access control and patrol management
Emergency response and incident handling
Team supervision and decision‑making
Microsoft Office (basic)
CCTV and alarm systems
Physical & Professional Requirements
Good physical fitness
Knowledge of unarmed self‑defense
Calm, disciplined, professional behavior
Languages
Uzbek and Russian – required
English and/or Turkish – an advantage
