SriLankan Airlines Ltd, the National Carrier of Sri Lanka operates with a network of destinations throughout Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Australia. The Airline has a strong presence in the Maldives and Southern India. SriLankan is a member of the 'oneworld' alliance.

The SriLankan team is seeking dynamic individuals to join us as Security Assistants.

The incumbent is responsible for the Airline’s aviation security program during his/her duty shift and assists the Security Officers and Senior Security Assistants in aviation security operations and administrative duties for day-to-day smooth operations.

Requirements

6 passes at GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) with 4 Credits in one sitting including a credit for English.
Age between 18 to 25 years as of 12
th
September 2026.

6 passes at GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) with a pass for English and 5 years Service in the Armed Forces or Police.
Age below 35 years as of 12
th
September 2026.

6 passes at GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) including a Pass for English and 12 years service in the Armed Forces or Police in a rank of Sergeant or equivalent.
Age below 45 years as of 12
th
September 2026.

AND

Minimum Height/Chest requirement for Male candidates: 5’5” (165cm) / 81.3cm.
Minimum Height requirement for Female candidates: 5’2” (157.5cm).
Be a Sri Lankan citizen.
