As a SAP ILM & IRM Specialist, your role involves for a delivery-focused, suitable for implementation, compliance, and S/4HANA transformation programs, and aligned with real 6–8-year SAP ILM / Archiving consultant roles.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- SAP ILM – Retention & Data Lifecycle
- Support SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) for live and archived SAP data.
- Implement retention rules, residence times, and destruction policies aligned with business and legal requirements.
- Configure and support legal holds to prevent premature deletion of regulated or litigated data.
- Information Retrieval Framework (IRF)
- Maintain IRF data models to retrieve personal data across SAP systems for compliance needs.
- Support data subject access requests (DSARs) by extracting and exporting personal data in a structured format.
- Validate retrieved data for accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
- Archiving & System Optimization
- Support SAP data archiving activities using standard archiving objects and ILM-enabled archiving processes.
- Assist in database growth analysis and recommend archiving or deletion strategies to improve system performance.
- Work with functional teams to ensure retention compliance during S/4HANA migrations.
- Audit & Compliance Support
- Provide audit evidence and reports for GDPR, SOX, tax, and internal audits.
- Support periodic retention enforcement and deletion reviews.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and compliance artifacts.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with SAP Basis, Security, Functional, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Support testing, UAT, and production deployments of ILM and IRF configurations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Information Lifecycle management ILM.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud security frameworks and architectures.
- Hands-on expertise in: SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM)
- Hands-on expertise in: Information Retrieval Framework (IRF)
- Hands-on expertise in: ILM Retention Warehouse (RW)
- Hands-on expertise in: Strong understanding of data retention, legal hold, GDPR, and audit requirements
- Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscape

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Information Lifecycle management ILM.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Bachelors and above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering / Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience (Full time).
- The candidate should have minimum 6+ SAP experience with deep specialization in SAP ILM, IRF, and data compliance
