As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure seamless integration and transition into cloud security-managed services. The position demands continuous evaluation of the security architecture to support business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compliance with evolving industry standards. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align security strategies with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security policies and procedures to safeguard cloud environments.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall security expertise.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are integrated into project lifecycles.
- Monitor and assess emerging security threats and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC).
- Good To Have Skills: Security Architecture Design.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards relevant to cloud security.
- Experience in designing and implementing security controls within cloud infrastructures.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with security assessment methodologies and tools to evaluate cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
