Are you a security professional passionate about protecting critical network infrastructure? We are looking for a Security Analyst – IT Security to join our SDU Operate Network Bharti team in Noida.You will be an integral part of our 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC), driving continuous monitoring, incident management, and security compliance. What you will do:

• Support 24x7 SOC operations and security monitoring as per defined processes and SLA commitments
• Implement Hardening/MBSS during node onboarding in line with BISP guidelines
• Monitor security events, alerts, and SOC ticket/email queues to detect and respond to potential incidents
• Conduct Level-1 analysis, event triaging, incident handling, and timely escalation to relevant teams
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for incident tracking, closure, and RCA support
• Support SIEM operations — parser/rule validation, monitoring, and basic tuning for improved alert effectiveness
• Maintain SOC records, shift handover logs, and escalation trackers with up-to-date activity details
• Manage IAM activities — user access creation, modification, tracking, and governance
• Assist with vulnerability assessments — scan scheduling, status tracking, and timely report sharing
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports, KPI trackers, and audit documentation
• Identify operational gaps and support process improvement and compliance initiatives

The skills you bring:

• 4+ years of experience in IT/Network Security
• Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, and related security standards
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 22301, PCI, Data Privacy, SOC, and ITIL frameworks
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, IAM processes, and vulnerability management
• Security and Risk Management certifications or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English — verbal and written
