Security Account Manager - Full Time

Primary Location: Lincoln, NE

Wage: $29.00/HR

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Security Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

As a Security Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Management and security experience.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with members and staff of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and education levels.
• Must be able to effectively hire, train, motivate, and discipline.
• Must be comfortable being the primary contact.
• Must be able to build a long-term relationship with the client.
• Must have a proven track record of leading a strong performing team.
• Must have excellent listening skills, oral, and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and employee relation skills required.
• Must have the ability to create employee schedules and work with the Operations team at the Branch Office in Omaha.
