
Security Account Manager – Full Time – Milwaukee, WI

Salary $65,000/Year
This position supports a 24/7 operation. While the primary schedule is weekday business hours, candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule and be available to support evening, overnight, and weekend operations as needed.
We are seeking an experienced Security Account Manager to oversee a large, high-profile account portfolio consisting of multiple sites and service lines, including mobile patrol, static guarding, and Security Operations Center (SOC) operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational performance excellence, developing frontline leadership, maintaining strong client partnerships, and ensuring program consistent service delivery across a complex security program in a high-expectation environment. This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. The role is high visibility and required high levels of communication. The position will be primarily field based work with regular office responsibilities as needed.
