The Securitized Products Trading Floor Support Lead is responsible for the production support function for the Securitized Products Trading and Financing businesses. This role ensures the stability, availability, and performance of critical front-office trading platforms supporting loans, mortgages, structured products, and securitized asset trading activities.
Acting as the primary technology liaison between Trading, Sales, Operations, Risk, and Development teams, you will drive incident resolution, operational excellence, risk mitigation, and platform enhancements in a fast-paced trading floor environment. This role requires experience supporting both front-office trading applications and backend systems, with the ability to demonstrate by example during high-severity incidents and business-critical events.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:
Fixed income and securitized products markets (Loans, RMBS, CMBS, ABS, whole loan trading)
Supporting front-office trading systems and electronic trading platforms
Deep understanding of trade lifecycle, pricing, risk, settlements, regulatory reporting, Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
Solid experience with Linux/Unix/Windows systems and systems engineering fundamentals
Experience with client-server model architecture and scalability knowledge monitoring high traffic by distributing load across multiple backend servers

Minimum Salary: $ 170,000
Maximum Salary: $ 230,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
