Seeking a reliable professional to assist department members with general office and administrative tasks. Candidate must have intermediate Excel and Word skills (data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, basic formulas, document formatting, proofreading), be comfortable working in multiple web based systems, and demonstrate strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information. Role is intended to support day to day operations in a fast paced environment.
