Join our Securities Services team as an Associate Business Analyst, where you will drive the development and execution of key initiatives in Fund Services, focusing on data delivery, upstream data quality, and client experience across global platforms.

As an Associate, Fund Services Product Development Business Analyst in Securities Services, you will ensure a sustainable and disciplined end-to-end implementation and control environment for data delivery and upstream data quality. You will identify and escalate issues with urgency, partner with the business to ensure timely remediation, and support a variety of areas including vendor reference data, client change triage, regulatory and client custom reporting, and accounting book of record data delivery. You will be at the centre of the global product development team, focusing on product rollouts and client onboarding to strategic applications and data feeds.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted business analyst, bridging operations, technology, client service, and sales to deliver client accounting data needs
  • Represent Product Development on strategic or client custom build-outs as the end recipient in data lineage flow charts
  • Lead a portfolio of build-outs for a market segment or key high-revenue clients
  • Execute and implement product development priorities and strategy
  • Identify, document, and remediate control gaps in the software development lifecycle
  • Improve the user experience for all stakeholders by enhancing ease of use, customisation features, and production support engagement
  • Support the transformation of legacy processes and reporting to improve client satisfaction and internal efficiencies
  • Collaborate with global team members across time zones to deliver business results
  • Prioritise multiple tasks and ensure completion within established timeframes
  • Maintain high attention to detail and deliver under pressure in a dynamic environment

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Solid understanding of Traditional Fund Services
  • Knowledge of FIS Invest One accounting software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply to stakeholders
  • Experience delivering governance and oversight in a software development environment
  • Track record of transforming legacy processes and reporting for client satisfaction and internal efficiencies
  • Analytical thinker, adept at identifying key drivers across issues
  • Confident professional with sound judgement, maturity, and poise
  • Well-organised, able to prioritise and complete multiple tasks within deadlines
  • Collaborative style, flexible, and able to partner with team members globally
  • High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • In depth Excel knowledge
  • Cognos report writer knowledge
  • Experience in client onboarding and strategic application development
