As a Senior Associate in Client Delivery Services within Securities Operations, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and driving process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, leverage automation tools, and ensure the highest standards of control and compliance. You will be part of a supportive team that values open communication, continuous learning, and a “one team” approach. Together, we strive for operational excellence and deliver critical processes such as trade confirmations, prospectus, demand letter, and account statement client delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, design, and implement automation solutions to eliminate manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Map and assess end-to-end workflows to uncover opportunities for process re-engineering and automation.
  • Leverage automation platforms and productivity tools to build, test, and maintain scalable automated workflows.
  • Execute and oversee all intraday and end-of-day operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Monitor and manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, engaging support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with technology, operations, and business teams to align on automation priorities and integrate solutions.
  • Track and report on key efficiency metrics to demonstrate the impact of automation initiatives.
  • Stay current on emerging automation tools and best practices, recommending enhancements to existing processes.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of control and compliance.
  • Proactively identify and address risks to timely and accurate client delivery.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum three years of experience in a securities operations environment with strong knowledge of trade settlement cycles and front-to-back operations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of key infrastructure groups such as Legal, Compliance & Control, Middle Office, and Technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and present effectively across teams.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over deliverables and outcomes.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and process-mapping skills to interpret data and drive actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a controls mindset and experience managing projects from concept to delivery.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Advanced) and Access.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and analytics tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, and Tableau, as well as foundational Python programming skills and proficiency in low-code/no-code automation platforms and RPA solutions.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Series 99 license required, or must be obtained within the first 180 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience supporting large-scale automation or process improvement initiatives.
  • Exposure to regulatory reporting and compliance requirements in securities operations.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and dashboarding best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional certifications in process improvement, automation, or project management.
