  • Full time (flexible work arrangements available)
  • Fixed term to June 2027 (with potential for renewal)
  • $102,303 - $107,362 + 12% super + 17.5% annual leave loading + 5 additional days health/wellbeing leave

Working within the Prevention in Action Directorate, the Sector Engagement Lead works collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement work plans of sector engagement, learning and workforce development activities. This role has a key focus on delivering training and learning activities, including online and face to face training, presentations, webinars and communicates of practice for the primary prevention workforce nationally.

About you

You will be an experienced prevention specialist, with a strong knowledge of primary prevention of violence against women. You will have sophisticated communication skills and confidence engaging a broad range of stakeholders. You will also have experience developing and facilitating training programs and learning activities that suit the diverse prevention workforce across Australia. You will be able to work independently, as well as engage respectfully with colleagues and external stakeholders. Experience with platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Asana, Slido and Miro is preferred.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
