About the Venue

Etheus is the reimagined main dining room of Promenade, bringing a fresh and focused identity to the indoor space while the beloved outdoor area continues as the Promenade Beach Bar.

Rooted in Greek-fired flavours and infused with the laidback, sun-soaked energy of Bondi, Etheus offers a bold new culinary direction. The menu will celebrate the simplicity and soul of Greek cooking, interpreted with local produce and Bondi flair.

The Role – Section Waiter

We’re looking for an experienced section waiter who loves creating memorable moments and crafting exceptional cocktails. If you bring personality, passion, and a love for hospitality, we’ll provide training, growth, and plenty of fun.
