PURPOSE AND MISSION OF THE JOB:
The Section Leader is responsible for training, problem solving, running autonomous team meeting, as well provide admin support to the shift supervisor. The safety and productivity of all production employees staffed on designated shift, as well as plant security. The Section Leader will be 80% working on the shop floor and 20% (training, problem solving, running Autonomous team meeting, as well providing admin support to the shift supervisor.).
The person in charge complies with Ethics and Compliance Policies.
