Job Description
Must have Certified Energy Manager / Auditor.
•Knowledge of Electricity Act-2003, Energy Conservation Act-2001, IE Rules-1956, Power Trading, PAT and E-Certificates .
•Knowledge on working of electrical equipment's like Switch gears, Motor, Transformer, MCC, PCC, APFC, Starters, LRS, GRR, DG, EOT Crane etc.
•Knowledge of Installation, Testing of CT, PT, LA, Transformer, OLTC, HT/LT Motor and Switchgears.
•Knowledge of Installation, Testing of MLDB, MPDB, MCC, PCC, APFC, Starters, LRS, GRR, DG, EOT Crane etc.
•Knowledge of Installation, Testing of all type of weighing equipment's like SFF, SFM, Bin Weighing, Weigh Feeder, Weigh Bridge, Packer.
•Knowledge of Installation, Testing of Thyristor and IGBT based VFD, MV drive and DC Drive and Battery Bank.
•Knowledge of Installation, Testing of all type of field instruments, sub control systems and EMS System.
•Knowledge of Maintenance, Trouble Shooting and Route Cause Analysis of failure of E&I equipment's and instruments.
•Knowledge of ISO Systems ( Quality, Safety, Environment, Energy ) and SAP PM and MM Module.
•Knowledge and Skill of analyzing equipment/process parameter trend of running plant for trouble shooting and performance improvement.
•Making, Tracking and Controlling of Annual Maintenance Budget with keeping the stores inventory under approved budget.
•Conducting morning tool Box Talk and Job allocation and updating the job progress in evening with day closer check list.
•Making, tracking and controlling individual KPIs to meet organizational Kips
