Department: Legislative Auditor

Grade: 160NM

Salary: $22.06/hour **

**Salary based on experience

Job Duties:

  • Position serves as the welcoming face of the Auditor’s Office and Department of the County Legislature, reporting to the County Auditor.
  • R esponsible for providing administrative support to the County Auditor, staff of the Auditor or other, as assigned by the County Auditor
  • Position greets and manages visitors as the first point of contact for the department of the Auditor and Legislative DepartmentsPosition will manage front desk operations to ensure smooth daily office functions by handling communication, visitor management, and clerical duties; work hours are from 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Previous executive level experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred.
  • Three years of experience working in a position offering assistance to an executive with an emphasis in accounting or government preferred. Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred.
  • Depending on the needs of the assigned department, certification as a Notary Clerk may be required.
  • Must submit to/pass background check and drug screen
