Role & responsibilities

• Manage the Business Heads calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain reports, and presentations.
• Handle correspondence (emails, letters, calls) on behalf of the Business Head.
• Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-up on action items from meetings.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Business Head and internal teams or external partners.
• Screen and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses.
• Assist in compiling business reports, MIS, and presentations for reviews.
• Maintain records and ensure data accuracy for decision-making.
• Plan and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense claims

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a specialization in Administration or Secretarial Practice).
