Job Description

Job Title: Secretary
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-time

A professional and highly organized Secretary is needed to provide administrative support and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in office tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Arrange travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.
• Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and maintained.
• Assist in the preparation of legal and business documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Education: Diploma (minimum requirement); a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in handling travel bookings and logistics.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
