We are looking for a skilled and organized Secretary to act as the main point of contact between the Principal, staff, students, and external partners. The person in this role will manage schedules, handle communications, prepare official documents, and maintain records to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
→ Act as the main contact person between the Principal, staff, students, and external partners.
→ Manage the Principal’s schedule, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments.
→ Prepare and edit reports, letters, presentations, and other documents using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
→ Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications, responding as needed.
→ Keep files, records, and documents organized and easy to access.
Desired Skills:
→ Experience working as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
→ Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
→ Strong organizational and time management skills.
→ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
→ Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
