The Opportunity

Under limited supervision, responsible for providing secretarial services in a timely and confidential manner. Provide administrative support which involves decision making and recommending procedures aligned with established policy and standards. Responsible for other related duties as required.
Program Summary:
Comprehensive Community Care (C3) Program – is a long-term maintenance and support program for older adults. The C3
program is uniquely modelled to support vulnerable, older adults residing in the community by providing timely, comprehensive
medical care that is integrated seamlessly across a wide spectrum of services. Services include recreation/social programs,
physical maintenance rehabilitation, primary medical care, and pharmacy services.
Qualifications & Experience: 
- Minimum Grade 12 combined with relevant post-secondary training such as secretarial or administrative certificate.
- Will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Training in medical terminology may be required.
- Minimum of 3 years secretarial or relevant administrative support experience.
- Advanced computer skills required (MS Word, Excel, Access or equivalent database).
- Keyboarding skills 50+ wpm required.
