We are seeking an experiencedSECOPS engineerto join ourInformation Security Team (infosec)as a teammemberSECOPSdeliveringsecurityprojectsas well asmaintainthe BAU security devices operations

Global SECOPSengineerwouldbe responsible forproviding technical support to customers who needassistancein cyber security hardware and softwarein accordance withestablished or approved organizational process components.

Youwould work as part of a global team supporting all the Technologygroupin security systems, working with network operations, operating systems, and application infrastructure to select and implementappropriate controls

Some of the responsibilities of a Global SECOPS engineer would include administering authentication and access controls, including provisioning, changes, and deprovisioning of user and system accounts, access roles, and access permissions to information assets.

Additionally, they would support businesses and technology areas in designing, implementing, deploying, and sustaining systemssecurity toolingthat start out and remain secure throughout their complete lifecycle. 

Aversatileprofile is sought withstrong technical security tooling capabilities (deploy, maintain, operate), knowledge of the operationand ITIL baseline (incidence management, change management, service request, monitoring alerts) as well as have IT Knowledge related with : OS Knowledge (Windows Server and Linux distros) , Networking (communication ) knowledge .

We are a global team (3070 Sweden Spain) in charge of deploying,maintaining, monitoring and operating security tools to ensureaHighavailability service level

Responsibilities

• Bepart ofaGlobal teamofsecuritydevice engineersresponsible formaintainingandoperatesecurity toolsacross north and south regions

• WorkclosewithIT worldsenior management to develop project goals andobjectivesaligned with business strategy.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

• Facilitate communication and coordination between theteamand other stakeholders, including business units, vendors, and contractors.

• Ensure that project documentation and records are complete,accurate, andup-to-date

• Operate security tools ensuring that they are protecting the company and reducing the security exposure surface.

• Be process clean always respecting and following procedures and good practices relatedwithexistingprocessin house(Incident management, change management, service request management, monitoring alerts management)

Requirements

• Minimum of3years of experience inoperations (IT or security),administering and operating security tools.

• Proven experience/familiar on work in an it company environment as well as technical knowledge about:

• Servers

• Windows

• Linux

• Workstations

• Windows / Linux / Macos

• Proven experience/familiar with Networking tools / protocols Network Devices

• Proven experience/familiar with deploymenttoolsas Ansible or SCCMor Intune

• Experience withways of workingmethodologies such as Agile(Scrum and SAFE),andHybrid.

• Proven experience in ITIL lifecycle and processes: Incident management, Changemanagement, Service request management& Event monitoring.

• Knowledge of projectoperationmanagement tools such asJira,RemedyorConfluence Experience in extractingkpisorSlas

• Experience insecurity products and managed security services, including IT infrastructure, andstrategic projects

• EDR

• WAF

• Vulnerability Scanning and management

• Identity and access management (IAM)

• Privileged access management (PAM)

• Secure email

• PKI solutions

• Network Access Control

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
