Nous recherchons un(e) Second(e) Chef(fe) de Réception hautement motivé(e) et expérimenté(e) pour assister la Direction de la Réception dans la gestion quotidienne et l’encadrement de l’équipe Front Office de l’ Occidental Paris Levallois Ce poste joue un rôle clé dans la garantie d’une expérience client d’excellence et dans le bon fonctionnement opérationnel du département Réception.

Missions principales

  • Assister le/la Chef(fe) de Réception dans la supervision de l’ensemble des opérations du Front Office : procédures d’arrivée et de départ, relation clientèle, services de conciergerie, etc.
  • Encadrer, former et accompagner l’équipe de réception afin de garantir un niveau de service irréprochable et le respect des standards ainsi que des procédures de l’entreprise.
  • Gérer les réclamations clients et apporter des solutions rapides et professionnelles afin d’assurer leur satisfaction.
  • Participer à la gestion des disponibilités chambres et des réservations dans une logique d’optimisation du taux d’occupation et du chiffre d’affaires.
  • Élaborer et analyser les rapports d’activité quotidiens (occupation, revenus, satisfaction clients, etc.).
  • Veiller au respect des procédures de gestion de caisse et à la fiabilité des opérations financières du service.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements de l’hôtel (Étages, Restauration, Commercial) afin d’assurer une expérience client fluide et cohérente.
  • Participer à l’élaboration des plannings et au suivi de la performance des collaborateurs de la réception.
  • Maintenir une parfaite connaissance des services de l’hôtel, de ses installations et des attractions locales.
  • Appliquer et faire respecter les normes en matière d’hygiène, de sécurité et de prévention des risques.

What are we looking for?

Profil recherché

  • Expérience minimale de 2 à 3 ans à un poste de supervision ou d’encadrement au sein d’un service Réception, idéalement dans l’hôtellerie 4 ou 5 étoiles
  • Solides compétences managériales avec une capacité démontrée à fédérer, former et développer une équipe.
  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et de communication, avec un fort sens du service client.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion hôtelière (PMS), idéalement Opera ou équivalent.
  • Maîtrise courante du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit ; la connaissance d’une troisième langue constitue un atout.
  • Sens aigu de l’organisation, rigueur et souci du détail.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
  • Flexibilité pour travailler selon des horaires variables, incluant les soirées, week-ends et jours fériés.
  • Diplôme en Management Hôtelier, Tourisme ou domaine équivalent apprécié.
