Job Description

Opportunity of a lifetime for a qualified Māori Secondary teacher to join not only a relationship and community focused school but a growing and progressive Māori department!

We are looking for the right fit, and a committed team player, so we're willing to consider both local applicants, as well as those who may have to relocate.

West Auckland location.

We are on the lookout for a qualified passionate teacher who can bring valuable contributions not just to their students but to the wider school too.

About you:

  • Enthusiastic, resilient and passionate Secondary educator
  • Someone relationship-focused who prioritises whanaungatanga
  • Knowledge of spoken and written Te Reo Māori
  • Motivated to achieve best outcomes for the students
  • Collaborative team player
  • Kapa Haka and Performing Arts abilities (preferred but not essential)
  • Suitable for Beginner or Experience teachers
  • Must be living in New Zealand with the right to work in New Zealand
