1. Setting up and operating machines such as ultrasonic machines, sand blasting, press fitting equipment, cleaning equipment, or assembly fixtures.
2. Assembling complex product parts by hand or using specialized tools. This may include deburring, trimming excess material, painting, or labeling.
3. Conducting quality assurance checks (visual or with gauges) to remove faulty parts and ensure finished products meet standards.
4. Handling raw materials or complete parts to prepare them for secondary processing and moving completed products to staging areas.
5. Prepare finished products according to the requirement. Polishing, deburring and sharp edge removing.
6. Recording production data, including part counts, inspection results, and machine downtime.
7. Performing routine checks and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
8. Adhering strictly to safety protocols, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
9. Plan the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of the job.
Qualifications
1. Candidate must at least possess a high school certificate with 3~5 years relevant working experience, preferably in related industry.
2. Required skill(s): Technical drawing and mechanical skill
3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Knowledgeable and experienced in CNC manufacturing.
5. At least 2 year(s) of working experience for this position.
6. Preferably experienced in fabrication of aluminium, steel and engineering plastic material
7. Must have demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
