Mortgage Lending is responsible for originating, evaluating, processing, and servicing residential mortgage products while ensuring a high-quality client experience and adherence to regulatory and underwriting standards. Activities may include:

  • Guiding clients through the home loan process
  • Assessing borrower eligibility
  • Conducting thorough credit and financial analyses
  • Structuring mortgage solutions that align with client needs and responsible lending practices
  • Ensuring strong risk management
  • Maintaining compliance with federal and state mortgage regulations
  • Collaborating with internal partners to support efficient loan processing and timely closings

The Secondary Mortgage Market Operations area activities may include:

  • Works with investors in the sale of loans, committing funds, and shipping loans to investors for purchase.
  • Finds new lenders for potential loan sales.
